Product architecture
Built for Gmail, OpenRouter, and the open web
Python services handle OAuth, sync, and scheduling; the site is your control plane.
Configure AI provider keys, review classified items, and run the business from a single URL.

Model-driven classification

Swap models on OpenRouter, tune prompts server-side, and keep extraction consistent for invoices, requests, and follow-ups.

Background sync you can trust

Interval-based Gmail jobs and deduplicated processing mirror production behavior—visible outcomes surface in the app immediately.

Payments & plans on-site

Tiers, renewals, and checkout align with how you sell software: billing stays beside the workspace, not in a separate chat client.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn how BizStruct connects Gmail OAuth, OpenRouter AI, and your web workspaceto keep tasks, projects, clients, and finances under control.
BizStruct is a web-first control plane backed by a Python worker: Gmail OAuth, scheduled email sync, AI classification via OpenRouter-compatible APIs, and structured data in your own database. It is built for founders and operators who want one URL—not a separate messenger—to run their business automation.
You sign in on the site to manage integrations, view the unified inbox, create or edit tasks and related records, and handle billing. The same server processes mail, calls the AI classifier, and writes rows—what you see in the UI reflects that pipeline.
You authorize Google once. The worker pulls mail on an interval, skips duplicates, and sends each message through the configured model (for example via OpenRouter). Classified items appear as tasks, clients, finance signals, or inbox rows inside BizStruct.
We offer a Gmail setup guide, onboarding help, and email support. Enterprise plans can include dedicated contacts where available.
Authentication uses official OAuth flows. API keys for AI providers and mail tokens stay on the server; the browser receives only what your session needs. Follow least-privilege practices in your deployment.
Create an account, connect Gmail in settings, configure your OpenRouter model and keys in the environment, and run a sync. Within a day you can have a live inbox and classification loop in the web dashboard.
Gmail in, structured work out—on the web
Connect OAuth, point OpenRouter at the model you trust, and let the Python worker sync + classify mail into BizStruct.
Subscriptions, inbox, and daily reports stay in the same browser session.
